Rules, guidelines, and terms of use for the Snax and Musico Discord Bots.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Snax or Musico to your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the services.

2. Description of Service

SMX bots provide moderation tools, verification onboarding flow engines, anti-spam protections, and high-fidelity music playback. The services are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted functionality.

3. Abuse and Restrictions

You agree not to use SMX bots to maliciously harm other users or servers. Intentional abuse of the bots' moderation or utility capabilities, spamming command structures, or attempting to exploit the bots' codebases will result in a permanent blacklist from using our bots.

4. Limitation of Liability

The developers and owners of SMX shall not be held liable for any damages, data loss, or server damage resulting from the use or inability to use the bots. Server owners are solely responsible for whom they assign privileges to (e.g., AdminExe, ManagerExe).
